Style Ergonomics Australia products have a full warranty which covers workmanship and components excluding materials and leathers
- We will gladly replace or repair faulty components, defects in manufacturing or in the structure of the product. Abuse, misuse, marks, stains or blemishes after accepting the delivery of a product will not be covered by warranty.
- With all warranty claims a proof of purchase must be supplied to the retailer where the product was purchased.
- It is most important that all retail stores do a quick check to identify the product manufacturer prior to the Style Ergonomics Australia service team attending to your service request.
At Style Ergonomics Australia we label all our products clearly showing name of distributor, date of manufacture, code of product, colour of fabric, a small description of chair and the period of warranty, in cases where the label has been removed the warranty will be void.
Sydney, Wollongong & Central Coast
Warranty claims in Sydney Metro, Wollongong and Central Coast, please advise details of the claim by fax or email and our service team will personally carry out the repairs on sight. In cases where we are on site and the chair is not ours or out of warranty there will be a service charge.
Other Areas
In all other areas (interstate & country) please fax details of claim to our office (Fax: +61 2 9757 1848), we will then replace parts needed with a covering invoice, when goods are returned the invoice will then be credited. Replacement parts will be sent by Transport Company, mail or our sales representative whichever offers a prompt service at the time. Parts that need to be returned for credit can be either collected by our sales representatives or by cash on delivery post to Style Ergonomics Australia.
